8 Step Success Process
1. Discovery- We will provide you with industry expertise on candidate availability, salary information and help with writing the job description. We present a variety of recruiting strategies that are custom tailored for the job opening and the situation. Each job opening is different. Therefore, for each opening, we will sit down and identify exactly what vehicle we need to accomplish the results you are looking for. This leads to better candidates, decrease in cost and quick results. We will guide you through the whole employment lifecycle, from job exploration to employee retention.
2. Identification- In-depth analysis of position specifications, careful gathering of requirements with a “Value” focus, and result-oriented experience will effectively identify company attributes attracting the most successful candidate.
3. Research- Strategic planning developing the most effective approach to source target candidates, extensive integration of industry resources: virtual communities, targeted internet marketing, deep internet candidate search, social media (twitter, facebook, youtube, linkedin), established national networks, established local networks, branded blogs, industry magazines, and proven cold calling approaches.

We will walk-in your new employee for their first day of work and ensure their transition begins smoothly. Each week thereafter, for 12 weeks, we will have a conversation with your new employee to see how they feel about their new career. On a bi-weekly basis, again for 12 weeks, we will contact you to see how your new employee is adapting to your requirements and your team. We will provide continued service to measure each parties satisfaction and to ensure your new employee continues to develop into a long term productive employee for many years.
