Step 1:

Have a friend who has hiring needs? If we place a candidate in a full-time career position at a company you refer to us, we will pay you $500. If we place a candidate in a temporary position and they complete 1 work month (160 hours), we will pay you $300. Best of all, there’s no limit to how much money you can earn!

Step 2:

Send us their contact information and title the subject line: Client Referral Program (We will contact you within two business days)

Step 3:

There are four different ways to receive your payment:
Discount against future services
Passed through to the prospective client by way of a discount
Paid directly to you
Donated to the charity of your choice in your name

Read the agreement below.

Agreement: Referral bonus will be paid after the last day of the client guarantee period and after the payment has been received from the client. There is a 12 month limit between the time of the referral and the time the contract is signed.  A referral fee may be split when multiple parties refer the potential new client. Must have a business or personal relationship with the referral.
