About Chris

Chris McGill serves as the IT Talent Acquisition Consultant for the national search firm AgentHR (video) within the San Antonio and Austin area. He provides 360 degree full service talent management solutions that help companies hire with precision & insight. Whether it is staffing and recruiting strategies, hiring, sourcing trends, retention analysis or executive search, Chris will identify custom tailored solutions that will make an impact. With his no nonsense, results driven, honest approach, he has become a pivotal partner to his clients.

Chris grew up in South Texas on small town values. He believes in trust, honesty, integrity and just plain hard work. When Chris is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and keeping up with the Texas A&M Aggies. He is active at his local church and is involved with Team Mission, the church missionary group.

Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, Brittany, in the classic quarterback cheerleader scenario. They are expecting their first child at the end of this year and are both very excited about the new addition to their family. Chris and Brittany are both proud graduates of Texas A&M University.
